I have another idea for moving the goods. I have been talking to a large trading company. They import goods for me into Brazil, do all the customs clearance, and then can only sell them wholesale localy. Well if I sell the kits to you for $40 each, that is what is going to go on the customs forms, and that is what you will actually forward to the trading company and they will forward to me. | |||
They take care of all the required customs documents, and they also hold import licences which are hard to get. So this could be a great system to use for any products if we have enough volume. The company is big so they wouldn't work with small shipments, but its something to keep in mind. | |||

I'm sure you're super-busy setting up the move right now, but if you have the time we could list up a couple of products on ML and ship a few items to test the whole process, from credit card processing to shipping and customs. I have some Motorola V3I and K1 phones on hand that I get very good prices on, we can list those and/or HID. I also have a Nokia N95, we could try to sell this more expensive item to see how hard it will be to get high end stuff through. | |||

Trading Company
I have another idea for moving the goods. I have been talking to a large trading company. They import goods for me into Brazil, do all the customs clearance, and then can only sell them wholesale localy. Well if I sell the kits to you for $40 each, that is what is going to go on the customs forms, and that is what you will actually forward to the trading company and they will forward to me.
They take care of all the required customs documents, and they also hold import licences which are hard to get. So this could be a great system to use for any products if we have enough volume. The company is big so they wouldn't work with small shipments, but its something to keep in mind.
Preliminary Listings
I have some good shipping rates to Brazil now, some directly from HK and Taiwan. I'm sure you're super-busy setting up the move right now, but if you have the time we could list up a couple of products on ML and ship a few items to test the whole process, from credit card processing to shipping and customs. I have some Motorola V3I and K1 phones on hand that I get very good prices on, we can list those and/or HID.
