The emarketbrasil tee shirt needs to be very comfortable. Walmart has 2 possible tee shirts:
- 1- Puritan Brand - 2 pack : this one is the best texture RN87958 2.50 USD per shirt
- 2- Hanes RN15763 : this is the same one I found so comfortable from the thrift store. Its a bit itchy when new.
-Item 1 while more expensive is the one to go with.
Total Cost Estimate
- Total Cost = Tee Shirts + Printing + Shipping to Brazil

Already can tell qyt=100 is the way to go unless I can get Jeff and Wife to do or do it in Brazil at a much lower price.
Method=Buy the print function
Printing Cost qty=100 -- ~5 per shirt = 500 USD
Shipping to Brazil = 28.00 USD per 10 shirts, 280 USD per 100
Total Cost = 250 + 500 + 280 = 1030 USD per 100 shirts. ( 10 USD per shirt )
Using local guy=Don Miquel - Total Cost= 250 + 300(printing) + 60(screen charge) + 280(shipping)=890 USD
Method=Get the screen, print it yourself
Total Cost= 250 + 0(printing=self) + 0(shipping, if done in Brazil ) or 2.50 per shirt
CONCLUSIONS:
1- cost structure shows that shipping and printing is a major cost thus in the long term the work must be done in Brazil
2- The first run needs to be done here because of time constraints, buy the screen and take with you.

- population of the metropolitan area = 800000 people
- 800,000 / 100 or 1 shirt per 8000 people ( this is a little thin )
Better results would come from focusing the distribution, perhaps on campus of UFSC ?
- UFSC has 32000 students
- 100 / 32000 = 1 shirt per 320 students : much better ratio.

Tee-Shirt-Testing
I am sending out the shirt for early testing before I go to Brazil. Thus I can learn what I did right and what I did wrong.
Observations:
- 1- more V-Necks for women. I only have manly prints for the larger women. More V-necks in the small size of puritan would be better.
