Inquiry Call Sequence summary 9/1/09
- 1. called ArrowCargo -> they told me I have to be a freight forwarder to work with them -> they gave me a name / number of a freight forwarder - 9/1/09 -> rates on website are what the freight forwarder gets
- 2. Freight forwarder ( name = Ideal ) -> told me I have to have an importer on the Paraguay side of the deal
- 3. before shipping to Paraquay must have paperwork from Miami Paraguay consulate
