1. called ArrowCargo -> they told me I have to be a freight forwarder to work with them -> they gave me a name / number of a freight forwarder - 9/1/09 -> rates on website are what the freight forwarder gets
2. Freight forwarder ( name = Ideal ) -> told me I have to have an importer on the Paraguay side of the deal
3. before shipping to Paraquay must have paperwork from Miami Paraguay consulate

The Shipping cost via Arrow to Ciudad del Este is $2.90 per Kilo.
Plus $55,00 documents.
In& out min $30 or $0.02 per pound.
Delivery Airport $45 min or $0.02 per pound.
Documents validation to Paraguayan consulate and Paraguayan customs in Miami $275.00 <- this is required for every shipment-- IF YOU HAVE SEVERAL SHIPMENT ON THE SAME FLIGHT AND THE SAME DATE. FOR THE EXTRA SHIPMENT WILL BE ARROUND $35 DOLARS ONLY FOR EACH.

I need to visit your office/location and ask you to sign some documents if you decide to ship thru my company.
We do not consolidate shipments so, you will need to get an importer in Paraguay and your company here will be the shipper.
We don’t deal with customs in Paraguay. The Importer or the broker for the Importer is the one that deals with them and can give you the info that you may need over there.
