Visa-Paper-Send-Instructions
Where is the key to the lock on my unit?
I taped one of the keys to the round lock on my unit onto the top of my computer table in your spare bedroom. It is in plain view if something is not on top of it.
Storate unit Entry information
In order to get in you will need to talk to the guy at the desk. I was supposed to sign a piece of paper before leaving if I wanted to let anyone else in but the guy is working with me. I'll call you and him Saturday to set up your entry.
Automatic Door code = #1334656* ( I used to have unit #133 when I got the code ) Unit= 149 ( I think ) - you can tell by which lock it opens and you know approximately where it is at
What you are looking for
- Open lower drawer of 2 drawer filing cabinet - find a hanging folder with "Important Documents" written on its tab.
- in this folder it should have manilla folder with various visa application materials in it including the 2 visa applications...each with a passport sized photo glued on it. Will be the only things with photos glued on it. Nothing else will have photos
Your cell phone will not get out of the metal building so if you have trouble finding the papers maybe the guy can help you because he has a cordless phone system installed that I think might cover inside the building.
Confirmation Procedure - I would like to talk to you on the phone before you ship the papers. Just to check in and see if they say " TAKE THESE PAPERS TO BRAZIL WITH YOU "
Where to Overnite the papers:
Use the US Post Office because of customs - Post Office on 52nd St is open till 3 pm on Saturday if I remember right.
- Post Office Location - I am sure this one is open Saturday: PO on 51st Street
- send to using highest velocity:
- use a small green customs form...just in case. It would suck to have an envelop like this stuck in customs. Declaration= DOCUMENTS ONLY
