The resistivity requirment from us is > 0.5 ohm*cm. We have theequipment to test resisitivity. Can we do some testing on your wafer. By the way, we are in East Valley. Where is you or your partner's location??

1- It is no problem fro us to get it with that price. But the resistivity is most important for us.
2- Can we get a piece for testing? Broken wafer is fine for us too.
