AnalogTek-Terms-Of-Work

Will be limiting my work to just 1 or 2 projects for now. It has been too disruptive of my own projects to deal with all the AnalogTek stuff.

Terms of Work

• Goals
  • anything that gets me closer to living in Brazil full time
  • anything that appears to be a relatively fast strategy to be made a division of ArmorWorks > but this is at odds with Kent's goals
  • Work with Steve Miller to learn how to write SBIR proposals

Heuristics

• Will not manage anything I believe to be a dead end - will do small tasks only where I see very direct benefits such as cooperating on SBIR proposal with Steve Miller
• Slow pay offs are not of interest: 5 - 10 year time frames are not acceptable. Conflicts severely with my plans
• have interest in learning to write SBIR proposals because I can do that as a service from Brazil

• While in Brazil will work on most anything but must be paid directly - no long wait intervals - they should think of me as an intelligent peripheral

Requirements

• I should be thought of as idea man / management - not strictly as technical labor.
