- Disclosure of my interests in temperature control software - no direct competition but similar enough to warrant disclosure
- My scheduling: others work part time.
- I can work full time when in USA when needed.
- However I will need 3 to 6 months per year that I will spend in Brazil where I can work remotely if possible. Will have a high speed connection. Might be able to find some IP when in Brazil.
Questions
- When to start?
- Mechanics of getting paid?
- Only need me for management? What other tasks?
- When / how often / where do you meet? - Is most of the work done remotely?
- Can other ideas be entertained?
- Oil well?
