  • Disclosure of my interests in temperature control software - no direct competition but similar enough to warrant disclosure
  • My scheduling: others work part time.
    • I can work full time when in USA when needed.
    • However I will need 3 to 6 months per year that I will spend in Brazil where I can work remotely if possible. Will have a high speed connection. Might be able to find some IP when in Brazil.
  • Are there any problem issues with the current project? Are your guys executing predictably and sufficiently?

Questions

  • When to start?
  • Mechanics of getting paid?
  • Only need me for management? What other tasks?
  • When / how often / where do you meet? - Is most of the work done remotely?
  • Can other ideas be entertained?
    • Oil well?
  • Can I work the business strategies also?

Observations[edit]

  • Maybe our focus should be generating businesses for Bill and money for us. Probably over emphasizing the AnalogTek angle. AnalogTek will naturally rise out when sufficient capital is in hand. The CIA contact business could develop AnalogTek but would not a faster strategy be selling IP to Bill?
  • Running a business of any size requires accounting staff that is substantial. Unless you already have experience with what is needed.......it is better to run in the pocket of Bill as he will give us priceless guidance. If you trust......by the time we have a division of ArmorTek up and running well we can either clone the recipe or just rely on him to give it to us or buy him out.
