- Disclosure of my interests in temperature control software - no direct competition but similar enough to warrant disclosure
- My scheduling: others work part time.
- I can work full time when in USA when needed.

- Mechanics of getting paid?
- Only need me for management? What other tasks?
- When / how often / where do you meet? - Is most of the work done remotely?
