• ManAlien - evolutionarily advanced man beyond capabilities and emotive capabilities of the average man.
• InvestigativeReporter - Smarmy climbing reporter. Liberal.

Plot Outline

• Plot device: At all points there are 2 explanations for what happens.
• -1- its real - Show from point of view of ManAlien. His trips in saucer - his correspondence with Alpha Centauri
• -2- its a hoax - this is the cover - can sucessfully wipe out effects of ManAlien revealing himself by leaving the impression it was all just an elaborate "street entertainment" magic show illusion

• - ManAlien glides to earth. Fly in scene shows Earth on the view screen.
• - Solid metal ship shows up one day in rural location. No one saw it fly in.

• Corrupts politicians who lust after his alien technology. ManAlien uses the Hadleyburg method on them promising it to all of them.
• Promises to help PresidentUSA lower the sea level - HUGE EYE ROLL by ManAlien

• At this point it appears to be a con. The ManAlien is exposed by investigative reporter as a hoax on a plywood set.
