-2- at boot up automatically plot the selected traces

-3- when user returns from "Trace Select" replot everything

-5- each time through the control loop > add the single measured point

-6- re-render should only occur: during user click events

when the user changes either a Profile or LogFile
- log file changes when it is reset most of the time if user operates correctly
