Dates of Kenalog Injections

• 9-26-11 1:45pm - Kenalog shot - have to see Dr Agren for the mandatory doctor tax - weight= 236 = cost = 100 & something! ouch!
• 3-15-11 10 am - call first - weight = 238 ... this extra 4 lbs is noticeable in my squaw peak times -> 25,26,27 ...adds a minute
• 10-14-2010 - 9 am ish - kenalog shot weight = 234 -> squaw peak time = 24,25,26
• 7-7-2010 - 9 am - kenalog shot weight = 242
• 3-29-2010 - 2:15 pm appointment weight = 255
• 11-5-2008 - 10:45 am appointment
