We start with a few items listed below and then we will take it further as we discussed. Following items we sell in UK with good profit. <br

• USB sticks 1,2,4,8 gb - Keep 10 in stock depend on cost
• Lap Top: 15 inch screen minimum - Keep 2 in stock

Tools:- You have to look and let me know details of following items and you can include some more items if you think you can get good deal on them.

Methods

• 1) We sell all item through Emarket-uk expect as we discussed a few item we list on Ebay.
• 2) I will pay you net cost of above item including postage upfront and once items are sold then I will take out my invested money without profit.
• 3)Remaining profit we can put in a combined account for further 50 -50 divide. Or else we can also re-invest profit to purchase more items from usa.
• 4) We will keep all record in a database and as soon item is sold I will update here when Items stock dropped below certain level and then you can order more in USA.
• 5) Initially I put the money in our business and then we will run our business on profit and let me what do you think?

Web Services

• 1) First we open a company here lets call it Mohfred Web Design Services
• 2) We will do publicity via Emarket-uk, Business card, Personal visits and other means and get orders.
• 3) I will deal customer here and then I will send you details of customer requirement.
• 4) We will charge customer in advance minimum of £175 setting up fee and hosting fee minimum of £15 per monthly or £150 per year payable in advance. Any modification, shopping cart we will charge them separately.
• 5) I know by fact we can charge customer lots more of money and it depend on customer requirement. I do my search in this matter and we then will make our standard price list but little cheaper then other web designers in UK.
