Q: Where may I obtain a copy of a birth/death certificate or marriage license? A: Birth and death certificates may be obtained from the Salem office of the Columbiana County Health Department (330/332-1618); marriage licenses and records are obtained from the Probate Court at the County Courthouse in Lisbon (330/424-9511).
